INDUSTRY CAL-OSHA ALERT

GOVERNMENT LIED
A few months ago, through the AIM testing regime, a performer was discovered who had contracted HIV outside of the industry. Due to AIM's excellent efforts, no one in the industry was infected. This information was distorted by the mandatory condom groups, including those funded by condom companies, and government to suggest that your company and your colleagues put the public at risk. The LA County Health Department lied to the industry and public by saying that AIM had failed to reveal to the industry 16 positive HIV cases. As LA County Health knew, these people testing were not performers. Although LA County Health retracted the lie later, that was enough to force Cal-OSHA to get involved.
WE NEED YOUR HELP
AIM has been subjected to both clinic inspections and the same kind of investigation as if AIM were a workplace where employees were injured on the job. We have been forced to defend ourselves in a lawsuit to prevent Cal-OSHA from seizing private talent information. We have been forced to spend over $190,000.00 in legal fees, just so far! ( as well as the retesting for potential exposures to patients free of charge, which came to and additional $55,000.00 ).
We are trying to protect the privacy of the talent. The government wants to turn talent testing into a government program overseeing adult productions. We shall never be a spy for the government. But we need your help now!
Please donate whatever you can, as we are unaware how long we can do this on our own. We are very aware how financially difficult these times are for the adult industry. Think about how much worse it would be if government wins this fight. AIM wishes to thank the Free Speech Coalition for assisting us to inform the Industry. Thank you all for your patronage. As a 501 (c) 3, our legal fees and dues are of course available for your donation verification.
